My research focuses on the critical role of sleep in memory consolidation and emotional regulation. Utilizing advanced neuroimaging techniques including EEG, MEG, and MRI, I explore the impact of Targeted Memory Reactivation (TMR) during sleep. By analyzing brain activity patterns and the neural mechanisms underlying these processes, I aim to elucidate how sleep affects both memory and emotion. My ultimate objective is to contribute to a deeper understanding of how optimizing sleep can enhance cognitive function and improve mental health.
