The Medical Research Council Centre of Research Excellence in Restorative Neural Dynamics was established in November 2025 as a unique research and innovation collaboration between stakeholders in academia, industry, healthcare services, research charities, and the public. It is an outward-facing national asset, positioned to catalyse a step change in the use of advanced neurotechnologies to improve the lives of people affected by brain conditions.
